Refunds and billing
Email the address above from your account email. For a pass refund, say which reason applies and include the Apple part number for a missed restock. Refund rules are in the Terms of Service. We answer within 2 business days. Billing errors are corrected if reported within 30 days.

RefurbSitter is an alert-only service. It watches Apple’s public refurbished Mac store and notifies you when a matching configuration appears. It does not auto-buy, does not store Apple credentials, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.
